I know. I know what I've said before about this. But the truth is love is actually not your salvation. So much time, and energy, is spent deciphering and analyzing the inner workings of love. Looking to meet that right one that'll come and fit all the missing pieces together. Trying to build up all these different aspects of your life to fill in all your inadequacies just to be left feeling emptier than before. You'll soon realize that no one can be the one for you. Desite that seeming like a very depressing thought, it actually isn't. For only you hold the key to your salvation. Only you possess the tools necessary to complete you. It is solely your Universe, everything and everyone else is merely a byproduct. With that said, I dont mean to diminish the power of love, for the only way to build the self up is through love, but I'm referring to the never ending quest of finding a soul mate. When we think of love we always picture someone else, it'll always be anyone else but ourselves. We'll conjure up an imaginary person with imaginary qualities but never put the mirror unto ourselves and realize we posess everything we're looking for from someone else. In reality, the love we so desperately seek, is only as powerful, as vibrant, as magnificent, as the love we show ourselves. And even there we're misguided. Pleasuring ourselves through low vibrational, attention seeking behaviours. True self love is done in a dark room, curtains pulled, in eerie silence. That is when the real you comes out, that is the person most difficult to love.
